Common Admission Test (CAT)

The Common Admission Test is the full name of the CAT exam.

The Indian Institutes of Management administer this national entrance exam to candidates seeking admission to their MBA programs.

Anyone who has graduated from an accredited university with at least 50% of the possible points may take the CAT exam.

It's an MCQ-style computer-based test. The CAT exam lasts for 120 minutes and consists of 66 questions divided into 3 sections. Each correct answer carries three marks, while each incorrect answer is penalized one mark.
