TANCET

The Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test is known by its acronym, TANCET. The TANCET examination is held in Tamil Nadu to fill seats in related courses such as MBA, MCA, and M. Architecture. Anna University administers this test in an offline, multiple-choice question (MCQ) format.

The pattern of the TANCET exam:

There are five components on this exam, and you get 120 minutes to finish them.

• Reading Comprehension
• English Grammar & Usage
• Analysis of Business Situation
• Quantitative Ability
• Data Sufficiency

Each segment consists of twenty questions, each worth twenty marks. A total of one hundred marks. One mark is awarded for each correct response; a wrong answer reduces the mark by one-third.
